1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the dbt1 website at dbt1.io or any associated mobile-optimised interface (collectively, "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of any part of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply in conjunction with dbt1's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and any specific promotion terms that may be published from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

dbt1 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their account.

2 Eligibility

To open an account and use any service on dbt1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dbt1 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21 and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of every registered player.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not open player accounts.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of dbt1 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of dbt1 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous dbt1 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have requested account closure under dbt1's Responsible Gaming programme at the time of registration.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one (1) registered account on dbt1 at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or "mirror" accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your national identification documents, a valid mobile telephone number registered in Bangladesh, a valid email address to which you have sole and continuous access, and your date of birth.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. dbt1 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details. You must notify dbt1 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

• Account usernames must not impersonate another person, entity, or brand.
• You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your dbt1 account or any credits held therein to any third party.
• dbt1 reserves the right to carry out enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any stage, including at the time of withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus credits are displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

dbt1 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although dbt1 may apply transaction screening controls for deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. dbt1 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval.

• Players must have successfully completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
• dbt1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used must match the name on the registered dbt1 account.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a player's dbt1 wallet. Players must contact support immediately if a deposit has been made incorrectly.
• dbt1 reserves the right to apply transaction limits, request documentation, or delay processing in circumstances where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected.
• All bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The withdrawal of bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on dbt1 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• A bet is deemed accepted only when a confirmation reference number has been issued to the player's account. dbt1 does not accept responsibility for bets that have not been confirmed due to technical issues, disconnection, or insufficient account balance.
• dbt1 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed using odds that were published in error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended or rejected during critical moments of a match. dbt1 does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability for any event.
• For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup, Champions Trophy, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — specific settlement rules are published within each market. Ball-by-ball markets are settled on the result of the relevant delivery as confirmed by the official scorer.
• dbt1 reserves the right to void markets if a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not meet the minimum completion criteria specified within the market rules.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the player's dbt1 wallet balance in BDT. There is no cap on winnings from a single event, although dbt1 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain markets at its discretion.
• Any bet placed by a player who is subsequently found to have been under the age of 21 at the time of placing the bet will be voided, and the wager amount will not be returned.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dbt1 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated within the promotion itself.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account registration and, where specified, identity verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Using multiple accounts, mobile numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or device fingerprints to claim the same promotion more than once constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%) or be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates for each game type are stated within the relevant promotion terms.
• dbt1 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and accepted by a player, dbt1 will honour the terms applicable at the time of the claim.
• Promotions are available to residents of Bangladesh only. Players accessing dbt1 from outside Bangladesh may be excluded from promotional eligibility at dbt1's discretion.

7 Responsible Gaming

dbt1 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem. dbt1 takes this seriously and provides the following tools and resources to support responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. dbt1 will display a notification when the session limit is approaching and will log the player out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once the loss limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and no new accounts may be created. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure pop-up reality check reminders at regular intervals during gameplay to remind them of the time spent playing and their net session result.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbt1 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during identity verification.
• Opening more than one account on dbt1, whether under your own name or under any other name or identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or scraping data.
• Colluding with other players, including through the sharing of information about live hands, cards, or in-play match situations, in any manner designed to give an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the dbt1 Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability on the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided. Players who discover errors are encouraged to report them to [email protected] immediately.
• Using abusive, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory language toward dbt1 staff or other players via any customer support channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the dbt1 Platform — including but not limited to the dbt1 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and any other material — is the exclusive property of dbt1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to dbt1 for display on the Platform. Players may not reproduce or distribute game content outside the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbt1 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or any other reason.
• Any loss suffered as a result of relying on incorrect odds, market information, or game outcomes that resulted from a technical error or data feed failure.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, even if dbt1 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits dbt1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

dbt1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by dbt1 includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction history, betting activity, device identifiers, and IP addresses. This data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance purposes.

12 Account Termination

You may close your dbt1 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure of your account, any real-money balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances. Bonus balances at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

dbt1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass or refusal to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Discovery that the player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the Platform.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed by dbt1 due to a breach of these Terms, dbt1 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious breach, dbt1 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part.

13 Amendments

dbt1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, dbt1 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the dbt1 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any real-money balance.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which dbt1 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the player and dbt1 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

dbt1 makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of those in which the Platform operates. Players who access dbt1 from jurisdictions where online gambling is not permitted do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version shall prevail.
